Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. You have 30 days (U.S Only) from the date your order is delivered to request a free return, fully on us.

Return/Exchange Policy 

• We have the right to reject a return if the product is not in the condition we sent it. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • In their original condition

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unused

  • Free of stains, odors, pet hair, or damage

  • Returned with all original packaging, tags, inserts, and any items that came with the product

• For exchanges, we will cover the full cost of your shipping. However, for store credit returns, customers are responsible for shipping the items back to us.
• If there is a remaining balance on your order, you will be prompted to complete the return by paying the balance before the exchange is released.
